Tropical Protein Smoothie
8 oz vanilla soy milk
1 orange (peeled & quartered)
1/2 cup pineapple
1 cup mango
2 scoops vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup of ice
Add ingredients as shown, start blender on low & move to high speed till smooth. This will give you approximately 1 1/2 cups. Enjoy your Tropical Fruit Protein Smoothie!!!
